Presidents — both Republican and Democratic — worked to ensure that if a pandemic came, there would be an effective plan to respond. Yet while other countries used that playbook and succeeded in doing what was necessary to get the corona-virus under control, the Trump administration threw out the plan.

The Batman crew member who was diagnosed with coronavirus is reportedly none other than the star himself, Robert Pattinson.
According to Vanity Fair, Robert Pattinson "tested positive for the coronavirus, causing filming of The Batman to be halted just days after the superhero drama resumed work at studios outside of London. Warner Bros. would not comment on any individual worker's health."
Director Matt Reeves took to Twitter recently to address the suspension of filming on The Batman.
Warner Bros had previously suspended principal photography, which had
been underway since the start of the year in the United Kingdom. In a tweet from March 25,
when the director was asked if “The Batman” was experiencing any delays
due to the COVID -19 pandemic, Reeves said the following:
“Yes, we have shut down till it is safe for us all to resume… Everyone safe for the moment, thank you for asking, and stay safe too…”
