As we know, Danny Elfman has done the music for Justice League. In the clip below, we can hear "Batman's Theme" from the Burton films. Elfman has said before that this IS Batman's Theme so it would appear in this film as well.

Danny Elfman: My 1989 Batman theme is in ‘Justice League’
“No, you will not hear a new theme for Batman,” Elfman said when asked about Justice League. “You’ll hear Batman’s theme for Batman.”
