It took Bran Hendler 4 years to build this working replica of the 1989
Batmobile, complete with a V12 in the front and a Boeing 502 jet engine
in the back. What do you think?
Everyone has a favorite Batman. For some it’s Michael Keaton. Other it’s
Christian Bale, or even Adam West. But for a whole generation who grew
up with Batman: The Animated Series, the definitive Dark Knight will always be Kevin Conroy. The classically trained actor provided the perfect voice
for the Batman for many years. Not only in the seminal 1992 Fox Kids
cartoon, but also in several other series and animated movies over the
past quarter century. And now, thanks to the CW Crisis on Infinite Earths crossover event, he’ll finally portray the Batman for the very first time in live-action.
Now with these leaked shots, fans are able to get hold of the iconic Batmobile which Micheal Keaton’s Batman made famous.
Styled like a UCS set, the LEGO 76139 Batmobile looks to be released
as part of Batman’s 80th anniversary. As we approach the tail end of
2019, it looks as though LEGO has done well to keep this set under
wraps.
Until now.
LEGO has only a few short months to release this 1989 set before 2019
wraps up. So, it’s only a matter of time before we get the full
announcement and release of the LEGO 76139 Batmobile.
