Ever since Batman: Dead End made it's debut on the fan film circuit, I think it raised the bar as far as fan films went. Quality production with good story and a eye for details. Well......I think there is a new film ready to take it's place.
I have followed BITS (Bat in the Sun) for some time now. They have been making fan films (most of which are Batman related) for about a decade now.
This is their film Batman: City of Scars.
An extremely well done film with great sets and stroyline, attention to detail and a bit of a Film Noir feel to it. I hope all the fans out there enjoy it as much as I do.
and.....I love the fact that they worked in The Ventriloquist
