The Flash - First Look Teaser Trailer | DC FanDome 2021

Here's the first look at the Scarlet Speedster's solo film starring Ezra Miller as Barry Allen, Ben Affleck as Batman, and in his long-awaited return to the cape and cowl, Michael Keaton as Bruce Wayne/Batman. Andy Muschietti (It, It: Chapter Two, Mama) directs this big-screen variation on the classic DC Comics storyline Flashpoint, which will introduce the multiverse to the DCEU.

Wayne Manor Set photos in The Flash

new photos taken from the set of The Flash seem to set the record straight: Barry Allen will find Keaton’s Bruce Wayne in a Gotham City very like the one in Batman ’89 as evidenced by the original big-screen Wayne Manor. Originally found here.

Affleck's Batman Returning for The Flash Movie

It looks like Warner Bros. is embracing DC Comics' approach to the multiverse as a new report confirms that Ben Affleck will reprise his role as Batman for The Flash, joining Michael Keaton as the second actor to return as Bruce Wayne for the upcoming take on the timeline-altering comic event Flashpoint. The news comes ahead of DC Fandome, the Comic-Con replacement event taking place entirely online.

Gorgeous Character Posters For The Justice League Snyder Cut

In news that seemed both inevitable and unexpected at the same time, Warner Bros. officially confirmed that the mythical Snyder Cut of Justice League was heading to HBO Max, finally giving fans their long-held wish to see the filmmaker’s original vision for the DCEU’s epic ensemble movie.

Unsurprisingly, the news has gone down a storm on social media, and the announcement also marks one of the rare occasions where a persistent and targeted online campaign has actually yielded results. While the Snyder Cut won’t arrive on the upcoming streaming service until next year, the people that have waited over two and a half years for it to even become a reality most likely won’t mind now that Snyder’s intended edit of the movie is definitely on the way.

JL Digital Release Date.

According to iTunes, Justice League will be available on Digital HD on Tuesday, January 30th. That’s just over two months after Justice League hit theaters last November. The movie struggled at the box office and was pushed out of most theaters last month, which is probably why it’s coming to home video much sooner than typical blockbusters.

Comic Strip Makes fun of the "Cape Thing".

Artist Kerry Callen has released another great vintage-style DC superhero comic strip for you to enjoy. This one pokes fun at the whole cape thing. I love how The Flash ruins everything and Aquaman's got little seashells covering his nipples. When talking about the comic, Callen said:
As I drew this, I started wondering, "Who was the first person to hide behind their own cape? "Dracula? The Shadow? Bull fighters? Is it a cliche from ancient times? Anybody out there know anything about it?

Suicide Sucked

I finally saw Suicide Squad on the weekend. I know, I've been putting it off. I guess I should trust my gut more often. Although I enjoyed the brief cameos by Batman/Bruce Wayne, and  The Flash. I thought the movie as a whole blew chunks. I didn't care for Harley Quinn (although they did her correct origin story) and I down right hated The Joker. Now some of this may stem from the over sexualized relationship between the two of them, but either way. I wouldn't have cared if they both died in the end.
The plot was weak, and there was little to no character development. Even the action sequences seemed contrived.
Oh well, at least they sold some toys, right?

Suicide Squad Squadtroductions: Captain Boomerang

Despite being spoiled by Warner Bros. a few days before Suicide Squad hit theaters, one of the coolest moments of the movie was the “surprise” cameo by Erza Miller as The Flash. He shows up for a few seconds as we’re introduced to Captain Boomerang, and takes out the villain with ease.

What happens in Justice League?

Justice League is currently filming and will be out in the UK on November 17, 2017.

"Superman's death had such a strong effect on Batman, and he really regains faith in humanity and everything that's good. This alien just gave his life for us. And it really changes who Batman is, and he also feels responsibility to honour him, because he didn't feel like he did it when he was living."

The official synopsis to sketch the plot: "Fueled by his restored faith in humanity and inspired by Superman’s selfless act, Bruce Wayne enlists the help of his newfound ally, Diana Prince, to face an even greater enemy," it runs. "Together, Batman and Wonder Woman work quickly to find and recruit a team of metahumans to stand against this newly awakened threat. But despite the formation of this unprecedented league of heroes — Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Cyborg and The Flash — it may already be too late to save the planet from an assault of catastrophic proportions."
