Batman Cosplay Breaks World Record

An incredible Batman outfit adorned with 23 functioning gadgets has earned its owner the world record for the Most functional gadgets on a cos-play suit.

The innovative creation appears in the new Guinness World Records Gamer’s Edition 2017, out on 8 September.

Created by special creature effects expert Julian Checkley, the ingenious gadgets are concealed and attached to the Batman suit.

You can see how exactly he made it as well in his other video tutorial, but it is going to take some effort and at least a little hardware know-how. Patrick said (via CNET) that the process took him two days or so, and that it required using a jigsaw to make the shapes he needed out of steel. The Transportation Security Administration confiscated four batarangs (interestingly, in two different styles) from a passenger at Boise Airport in Idaho, along with an array of other interesting items from passengers across the country, according to the official TSA Blog.
