You can see how exactly he made it as well in his other video tutorial, but it is going to take some effort and at least a little hardware know-how. Patrick said (via CNET) that the process took him two days or so, and that it required using a jigsaw to make the shapes he needed out of steel. From the video it looks as if it can take a beating as well. You can catch his other projects here.
