We’ve known  for some time Liam Neeson had indeed visited the set of The Dark Knight Rises but we were  unsure whether or not he filmed anything. Guess what? He did! As stated in his bio for the upcoming Wrath of the Titans,

Neeson next appears in Peter Berg’s actioner Battleship, and he also will be seen in Christopher Nolan’s much-anticipated action thriller The Dark Knight Rises.

It’s right there, in black and white, confirmed.

"I can tell you nothing about Dark Knight Rises, seriously," Neeson told ShowbizSpy. "I was on set for maybe an hour-and-a-half and the director didn’t tell me anything of what it's about. So, I'm being very honest when I say I have no idea what's going to happen."
Neeson played villain Ra's al Ghul in Nolan's Batman Begins, which hit theaters in 2005. We'll have to wait and see on July 20 if he actually filmed a scene.

Neeson back for 'Dark Knight Rises' - Entertainment News, Top News, Media - Variety

Christopher Nolan is bringing his Batman trilogy full circle, as "Batman Begins" star Liam Neeson has joined the cast of Warner Bros. and Legendary Pictures' sequel "The Dark Knight Rises."
Warner Bros. had no comment on the casting, but sources tell Variety that Neeson will be reprising the villainous role of Ra's al Ghul and has already filmed a scene on location in London.
